St Giles Hotel, Feltham

We are excited to announce that we have been chosen as the Design & Build Contractor for the St. Giles Hotel in Feltham, Heathrow. As part of the project, we completed the full removal of fire-hazardous insulation and replaced it with Rockwool dual density insulation. Additionally, we installed a new facing system using SPS Envirowall, known for its suitability in both low- and high-rise buildings, from masonry to framed construction. This award-winning insulation systems are ideal for improving EPC ratings during refurbishments, while our decorative finishes provide a modern aesthetic upgrade. Our work involved managing relationships with architects, owners & local communities.
